We are excited to present The Hundreds Fall 2019 collection.
Fall 2019 marks a return to classics with a stylistic nod to streetwear from the mid ‘90s - a more humble approach to style than the current iteration, fusing workwear and sportswear with unconventional colour-blocking and durable fabrics. Yeah, we're nostalgic - but we're nostalgic for OG West Coast streetwear when it was utilitarian and a big nod to wrokwear.
Fall 2019 is everything we love and cherish about this era, with a modern The Hundreds update: vivid colours, utility details, lightweight fabrics for simple layering, matching co-ordinated sets, bold stripes, traditional plaids, and allover print jacquard knits.
Kicking things off with a series of unique knits covering yarn dyed stripes, polyester mesh and thick cotton jersey, these are quickly followed by some of the collection's highlights. The Gibson LS Woven is a lightweight 100% cotton shirt in two contrasting plaid fabrics. This plaid design goes on to be used on the fleece Highland Pullover and matching Fisk Sweatpants.
The Split LS Woven is another key piece and highlights the collection's workwear inspirations. The sanded cotton twill overshirt is presented in contrasting bold colour combinations with overlayed pockets and additional woven label branding.
This season offers a variety of heavyweight fleece, including the 380 gram Yard Pullover featuring corduroy Slant Logo appliqué on the chest and back, and the direct embroidered, striped Elm Crewneck sweatshirt.
Midweight outerwear also features prominently in this collection and the panelled Landor Anorak is sure to be a popular seller. The pullover nylon windbreaker features Bar Logo and Wildfire branding in high density ink on the chest and comes in three colour-blocked combinations.
The shadow plaid Warren Jacket is another collection focus and comes with understated Rich Logo embroidery and a combination twill/satin lining.
Fall ‘19 graphic T-shirts go hard on illustration and design, taking inspiration from Americana, workwear,Fight Club, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Ghostface Killah, and Godzilla. One of our favourites is a logo flip of underground '90s house and hip- hop label Nervous Records. The Wink T-shirt is a special holographic foil print shirt - an ode to laundromat and grocery store sticker machines.
Headwear this season was heavily influenced by workwear as well, updated with modern details like TPR patches over embroideries, cotton and corduroy with jacquard-patterned beanies.
The Hundreds also had a lot of fun with accessories this season, from a Nalgene water bottle to nostalgic toys like a bungee yo-yo ball.
